Allied Steel is equipped with multiple shear cutting machines, flame-cutting burner machines, plasma machines, bending press brake machines, punch machines, and welding machines and has many fabrication capabilities to satisfy the growing demand for access to quality steel plate fabrication reliable customer service.
Steel Plate products include angle plate brackets, which are first plasma cut to size with holes in precise locations of A36 steel plate. These products are then brought to Allied's bending department, there they bent and formed to our customer's exact specifications into the required shape. The next stop is our welding department, where additional parts are to be attached and welded by our AWS certified welders. Still, other products consisting of 1-1/2 cut to size A572 Grade 50 plates are assembled and welded together to create a large connection bracket for a sizable maritime bulkhead construction project.
